In such\u00a0cases, an alternative\u00a0program\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0offered.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negligence\u00a0or\u00a0fault on\u00a0the\u00a0part\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0guest\u00a0before\u00a0or\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0tour\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unforeseeable\u00a0or\u00a0unavoidable\u00a0omissions\u00a0by\u00a0third\u00a0parties\u00a0involved\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0performance\u00a0of\u00a0contractually\u00a0agreed\u00a0services\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If&nbsp;the&nbsp;instructions&nbsp;of Doghillhuskys&nbsp;or&nbsp;their&nbsp;assistants&nbsp;are&nbsp;not&nbsp;followed,&nbsp;we&nbsp;assume&nbsp;no&nbsp;liability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doghillhuskys&nbsp;holds&nbsp;a General Third Party&nbsp;Liability&nbsp;Insurance&nbsp;of&nbsp;LocalTapiola&nbsp;Group (L\u00e4hitapiola).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However,&nbsp;the&nbsp;guest&nbsp;is&nbsp;independently&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;obtaining&nbsp;sufficient&nbsp;health&nbsp;and&nbsp;accident&nbsp;insurance&nbsp;(including&nbsp;coverage&nbsp;for&nbsp;sports&nbsp;accidents).&nbsp;Despite&nbsp;the&nbsp;expert and safe&nbsp;execution&nbsp;of&nbsp;activities,&nbsp;accidents&nbsp;involving&nbsp;persons&nbsp;and\/or&nbsp;property&nbsp;damage&nbsp;cannot&nbsp;be&nbsp;excluded. Doghillhuskys&nbsp;assumes&nbsp;no&nbsp;liability&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;event&nbsp;of&nbsp;an&nbsp;accident.&nbsp;Participation&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;activities&nbsp;is&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;guest&#8217;s&nbsp;own&nbsp;risk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.&nbsp;Responsibilities<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>the&nbsp;Guest:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;guest&nbsp;is&nbsp;under&nbsp;contract&nbsp;to&nbsp;follow&nbsp;the&nbsp;instructions&nbsp;given&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;staff&nbsp;of&nbsp;Doghillhuskys,&nbsp;particularly&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;the&nbsp;venues,&nbsp;gear,&nbsp;animals, and&nbsp;equipment. The&nbsp;guest&nbsp;is&nbsp;also&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;adhering&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;timetable&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;program.&nbsp;If&nbsp;the&nbsp;guest&nbsp;neglects&nbsp;this&nbsp;duty, Doghillhuskys&nbsp;reserves&nbsp;the&nbsp;right&nbsp;to&nbsp;charge&nbsp;for&nbsp;any&nbsp;expenses&nbsp;incurred&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;result&nbsp;of&nbsp;this&nbsp;neglect. Guests&nbsp;must&nbsp;treat&nbsp;Doghillhuskys&nbsp;dogs&nbsp;with&nbsp;care and&nbsp;respect. Drone<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Usage Policy:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of drones is <strong>strictly<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>prohibited<\/strong> during all huskyactivities and throughout your stay with Doghillhuskys. This policy is in compliance with Finnish law, as drone operations are subject to strict regulations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, drone usage could disrupt wildlife, violate the tranquility of the natural environment, and disturb other visitors. For these reasons, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drone operations during our tours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By booking&nbsp;with Doghillhuskys, you&nbsp;agree&nbsp;to&nbsp;respect&nbsp;this&nbsp;policy&nbsp;to&nbsp;help&nbsp;preserve&nbsp;the&nbsp;pristine&nbsp;nature&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;area and ensure&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;Finnish&nbsp;regulations&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.&nbsp;Governing&nbsp;Law:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All legal&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;between&nbsp;the&nbsp;guest&nbsp;and Doghillhuskys&nbsp;are&nbsp;subject&nbsp;to&nbsp;Finnish&nbsp;law.
